Welcome to GFXRIDER.COM. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please ensure you read these terms carefully before making any payment.
1. Working Days
Our standard working days are Monday to Friday. We observe all gazetted holidays in India and will not operate on these days.
2. Home Page Design Approval
Once the home page design is approved by the client, no further redesigns will be accommodated without additional charges. Any requests for redesign after approval will be billed separately from the project cost.
3. Modifications
We offer between 3 to 10 modifications in text and images as part of our services. Any additional changes beyond this range may incur extra charges.
4. Domain and Hosting
Please note that domain and hosting costs are not included in our service packages. Clients are responsible for these expenses.
5. Client-Provided Content
Clients must provide all necessary information, including images, text, and videos, at the project initiation stage. If the required materials are not available at the start, clients must submit them within three (3) days. If the client does not submit the project essentials on time, the time duration of the project will start once we have received the essentials.
6. Out-of-the-Package Requirements
If the client adds out-of-the-box requirements to the project, the project time and cost will be adjusted accordingly.
7. Project Initiation
The design and development of the project will commence only after the successful completion of the required financial transaction from the client.
8. Feedback and Response Time
After submitting website updates, the client must provide feedback or response within forty-eight (48) hours. If no feedback is received within this timeframe, the submitted update will be considered final.
9. Communication
For the efficiency of the project, only one decision-maker from the client’s side will be designated to communicate and coordinate with GFXRIDER.
10. Limitation of Liability
GFXRIDER shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
